Welcome to the PELLOBELLO.COM terms and conditions, which apply to all items ordered from PELLOBELLO.COM. Please read through them carefully before placing your order. By using this website and/or placing an order you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. Please also read our Privacy Policy regarding personal information provided by you.

We may change these terms and conditions from time to time without notice to you. Changes will apply to any subsequent orders received. Once your order has been confirmed, we will not be able to make any changes to the terms that apply to that order.

We offer tracked and fast delivery to most countries in the world by either DB Schenker or DHL Express. Charges apply all options.

Prices and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Delivery times for orders containing pre-ordered items will be up to 2 weeks.

We are unable to change your delivery address once an order has been dispatched.

If you decide to refuse or don’t pick up the shipment from us you are responsible for the original shipping costs to you and the cost of returning the shipment to us. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

All orders are shipped from Sweden. Any import duties and taxes are charged once the parcel has reached the destination country and these charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges as customs policies vary by country. If you have any questions related to customs charges you are advised to contact your local customs office.

In order to track your order with us, you will need to have your tracking number with you. This can be located by clicking the link for tracking in your order shipping confirmation email.

We accept Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro, MasterCard, UnionCard and PayPal.

If you have paid on your debit, credit or charge card you will only be charged once the goods have been dispatched to the delivery address. We will email you to confirm dispatch.

The prices shown on our website include any VAT (or similar sales tax) at the prevailing rate for which we are responsible as the seller. The amount you pay will be the price indicated plus any delivery charges. The delivery charges will depend on the delivery option that you choose and will be shown during the checkout process.

You can pay in your own currency if it’s available on the website. If you select any other currency than your standard currency the actual price charged to overseas customers will be subject to the exchange rate applied by the customer’s credit or debit card company. Please note that customers outside of the European Union will be liable for any import duty or other taxes, fees and charges that are applied by customs or other authorities in the country of receipt. If you are unsure about whether these duties, taxes and charges might apply to your order, you should contact your local tax or customs authorities.


All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to, or does not for any reason, authorise payment then you will be notified of this immediately at the check-out stage.


We are working together with Visa and MasterCard to offer you a safer shopping experience when using your credit card online.

When you reach the checkout process at pellobello.com (or any participating retailer) you will have the opportunity to register for either Verified by Visa or MasterCard SecureCode. Simply sign-up for the service following the online instructions that are linked directly to your card issuer, set up your new personal password once your card issuer has confirmed your identity, and continue shopping.

This is a one-off registration process, so you will be able to use the same password for all future purchases you make with participating retailers.

There are several benefits using the Securecode when shopping online:

– Shop online with added security and peace of mind.

– Your personal password is linked to your card only, and not to your computer.

– This security scheme will help to prevent unauthorized purchases.

Please note: If you choose not to register during the checkout process, depending on your card issuer, we may not be able to process your order. A different method of payment will be required to complete your purchase.

We guarantee to refund any non-customised item purchased on our website that you are not completely happy with when you return it to us in a saleable condition by post within 14 days of receipt. All purchases can only be returned by post. You are required to return unwanted orders at your own cost.

If you were signed in to your account when you placed your order you can simply click here to start the return process.
After you have located the order that you would like to return please press “Refund”.

If you did not have an account or were logged in when you placed your order please contact us at service@pellobello.com to start the return process.

Please allow 28 days from the day the parcel is posted for your refund to be processed. We will email you to let you know once your parcel has been received and your refund has been processed.
The refund will be processed once your goods are received into our warehouse. Please note that it may take up to 5 working days for the refund to show in your account.

Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment. Orders paid for using split payment (part gift card, part other payment method) will always be refunded to the gift card(s) first. Any remaining balance will be paid back to the other payment method originally used. All payments are made and refunded in the currency that you have chosen upon checkout. Depending on the currency that the card that you paid with is issued there might be a difference between the initial paid amount and refunded amount due to currency rates changing during the time. This difference will not be paid out nor does it have to be paid back during the refund.

Please note that items must be returned with all of the tags intact and with the dispatch note you received enclosed.


We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.
All sizes and measurements are approximate, however we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible.
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products appearing on the website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. We reserve the right to refuse orders where product information has been mis-published, including prices and promotions.

Please be aware that darker colours may transfer onto light coloured materials.


Products which are made of real fur or feather may have small imperfections, slight variations in color or shedding which should not be considered as defects but rather features of a natural product. Shedding of feathers is normal and does not warrant a return.

PelloBello’s Ethical Approach to Raw Materials Sourcing

Here, at PelloBello, we fully support the ideas of ethical business conduct and the humane treatment of animals. In purchasing our products you can rest assured knowing they have been manufactured according to the highest standards of quality and with minimal impact to the environment. We practice the responsible use of raw-materials and a cruelty-free approach to obtaining them.

Our company believes that breeding and killing animals solely or predominantly to obtain their fur is a relic that violates moral and ethical norms. In order to uphold our beliefs, winter season 2017 and other lines will not use the fur of wild animals such as fox, mink and raccoon.

We do not support the idea of cruel treatment of animals by any means, and deeply condemn such practices. We are convinced that animals have the rights to life and humane mortification without causing pain and suffering. Therefore we meticulously select suppliers that profess the similar views on doing business.

Our company adheres to the idea of rational consumption of resources; hence we do not work with fur-farms, and all the raw materials for our products are animal and poultry by-products. This means, that carcasses are fully utilized and processed for meat and feed. Such a technology is much more favorable than fur-farms which simply throw away or destroys carcasses after obtaining their fur.

All the materials we deploy, such as feather, rabbit fur, lamb wool and fur, are ethically sourced from the responsible husbandries that do not practice animal mistreatment or neglect. The production farms we partner with do not implement practice of live-plucking, force-feeding or other deliberate infliction of harm to animals and birds.

Why We Work With Natural Fur and Feathers

While there are multitude of substitutes for natural fur, leather, down and feathers there are also negative effects on the environment as the raw-materials and technology implemented in the manufacturing of faux fur are not always eco-friendly.

Wool, fur and feather are absolutely natural and ecologically innocuous materials, produced by nature itself. We do not utilize any chemicals that are considered to cause significant harm to the environment. In addition, the raw materials that we use are renewable and sustainable, which means their stock is maintained at a certain level without depletion. Also, by refusing to work with the fur of wild and endangered animals we strive to sustain their population and save the places of their natural habitat. This means that our manufacturing process mitigates any possible environmental damage.

The production of artificial fur can be much less eco-friendly. Manufacturing requires the use of synthetics materials produced out of coal, limestone and petroleum. These resources are no-renewable; so inconsiderable and excessive consumption will inevitably lead to depletion of these valuable resources.

Natural fur is one of the most durable materials. Clothes made out of this raw material can serve for decades. Artificial fibers, for all their strength, do not have such wear resistance. The fibers begin to get tangled, crumble and clothes lose their appearance. This forces consumers to purchase new clothing more often and, consequently, more resources are deployed to make new products.

Also, please do remember that synthetic fur is not bio-degradable, so products that have not been recycled can potentially pollute the soil for centuries. Conversely, fur and products of its production can decompose without causing harm to the environment.

When you place an order on our website we shall email you an order confirmation email. Our acceptance of your order does not take place until dispatch of the order, at which point the contract for the purchase of goods will be made and you will be charged.
Once you have checked out and you have received your order confirmation email you will not be able to make any changes to your order so please make sure that everything is correct before clicking the ‘PLACE ORDER’ button.

Any discounts triggered by the entry of a promotional code will not be applied until the order is accepted but will be detailed on the invoice.
We reserve the right to refuse an order. Non-acceptance of an order may, for example, result from one of the following:
* The product ordered being unavailable from stock
* Our inability to obtain authorisation of payment
* The identification of an error within the product information, including price or promotion
